What is the trick to creating a safe, stable, comfortable environment? There's no trick. It's simply a matter of ensuring that everyone is treated with maximum respect, compassion and dignity. It's also the decision to consistently promote individuality, independence and choice. Because we're all on this journey together...and we believe the journey matters.
