Welcome to Northome Healthcare Center. We’re located up in the beautiful lake country of northwestern Minnesota. Our 40-bed Skilled Nursing facility offers both in-patient and out patient therapy, transportation service and hospice care. We’re proud that our staff has received the Step One Quality Award presented by the American Health Care Association along with the James B. Swanson Award.
