The Legacy of Delano's Heritage Square, specializes in care for person with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia's. We have specially trained staff that understands the disease process and knows how to promote independence, choice and nurturing. We offer a variety of supportive services to meet the scheduled and unscheduled needs of the Heritage Square tenant.
